The way on health


                                        Biological Environment.


  According to WHO (World Health Organization) definition - life is a continuous upgrading of amino acids in living organism through water and amino acids.

 Biological environment is a medium where live our organism cells. Every type of living organism needs certain environmental conditions. “Friendly” bacteria, such as acidi and bifidus also live in our organism.  They play a big role in a digestion process. Besides, they are especially important in the synthesis of B vitamin, which is considered to be a huge disease resistant organ. Pathogenic microorganisms such as viruses, disease-causing bacteria, fungi and parasites feel more comfortable in a changed biological environment, the one which is more acidic. If harmful bacteria take the upper hand in a human body, a person falls ill. An infant is born with a neutral environment, as a rule. Infant’s organism has more negatively charged hydrogen ions (H-), which neutralize harmful radicals, and organize a normal biological reaction process. Mother’s milk provides a baby with antibodies and good bacteria, which strengthen his immune system.

 Then, what is the thing which changes our environment? Firstly, it is malnutrition, polluted environment and stress. Human’s biological pH acidifies, and his organism turns into a much more favourable environment for bad bacteria. Secondly, acid environment gives a start to the formation of harmful radicals, which, in its turn, promotes solar radiation, exercise stress, active and passive smoking, stress, and air pollution. It also affects antibiotics and food products, which contain a lot of animal fat or chemicals. Every day our cells endure the conquest of billions of harmful radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that lack one or more electrons. Migrating by the human body, they are searching for missing electrons and compensate the damaged membranes.

 Biological environment is characterised by three main criteria: acid-base balance, oxidation reduction potential (ORP), and specific conductivity. ORP is characterised by the number of electrons, which are ready to render free radicals. When there is a sufficient amount of free electrons (H-) in the blood, all the biological responses work normally. In contrast, if there are very few free electrons, it becomes much more difficult, or even impossible to carry on the process of biochemical reaction. As a result, cells are damaged. The approximate ORP of the human body is from -100 to -200 microvolt. Blood ORP is from -10 to -50 microvolt, and saliva ORP is from -50 to +50 microvolt. In nature, water ORP varies from -400 to +700 microvolt. ORP of tap water is usually from +220 to +380 microvolt, distillated water from +300 to +450 microvolt, Tetra Pack juice +300. To compare, fresh orange juice has +50 microvolt ORP, and lower, and fresh carrot juice ORP is -75 microvolt. To have these numbers on the same level, cell membranes spend their electric energy, which, actually, is the food transformational energy. Thus, in order to save organism energy, it is extremely important to use qualitative water.


 What the cells need?

 Amino acids

This is a building material for all animate beings - humans, animals and plants. People get protein with plant and animal nutrition. During digestion process proteins are broken up on amino acids and with help of minerals are being rearranged to the human protein, otherwise we would look similar to those, what we eat. There are 28 amino acids, and if any one is missing the protein synthesis stops.


Restructure the amino acids to the desired order for the body. It is important that minerals are organic, as inorganic minerals poorly assimilate and deposit in the body. In nature, organic minerals, which are able to assimilate the human body, is in the form of amino acid chelate. They appear when plants processing inorganic minerals obtained from the soil. It is important - soil depletion cause mineral deficiency. Farmers working with intensive technologies usually fertilize the soil with N-P-K fertilizer as rest 60 soil minerals, do not give the yield volume.


Released mineral replacement process in amino acids provides energy for minerals to restructure amino acids. Only natural vitamins assimilate. Synthetic are very weak.


They act as leaders in all life processes in our body. They disrupt all complicated things and make them simple. They participate in the food digestion. All the energy appears from hydrogen and oxygen interaction. Glucose and fat. It is all that gives people energy. One day of starvation occur due to glycogen (glucose storage form). Heart, brain and liver cells get energy from glucose. Other body cells need an intermediary insulin (pancreatic hormone), which is like transport for glucose to enter the cell. Fat is a long-term energy storage form. If a man had not eaten more than one night, the body to get the energy will begin to use the reserve fat and feel normal up to 10 days. If the body is not polluted and have enough enzymes fat will dissolve completely.  All together and of course water is needed for the body's cells on a daily basis. It is a single chain. Enzymes release vitamins. Vitamins with minerals support participate in chemical reactions of amino acids restructuring. The replacement of minerals in amino acid matrix causes the change of amino acid molecule. In the absence of enzymes - vitamins and minerals become virtually ineffective. All nutrients must obtain with the food.   Cells Life.

 The human body consists of approximately 75 to 100 trillion (1014) living cells. Life mechanisms are stirred by the cells sense of the environment rather than genes. Environmental signals activate cytoplasm processes that can alter gene expression and thereby control cell fate, influence cell movement and control their survival or even the death. Environmental signals select, modify and regulate gene activity. Genes are the physical memory of body's acquired experience, which is constantly modified in response to life experiences. Also our life - as well as individual cells - is determined by reaction to environmental signals that stimulate life, not genes. Environmental information is entered in the cell (''PC'') through membrane receptors, which acts as a cell ''keyboard''. Receptors are activated by membrane effectors proteins that act as a cell (''computer’s central processor''). Cells form tissues, tissues - organs, but organs 12 organ systems, of which a man consistThey lie in burses and make up organs. Cells are very similar to people. They eat, work, dispose waste, and communicate with each other to insure their task performance. Cells may also suffer from constipation and indigestion (in case we do not eat enough living products), and be hungry (if we eat products rich with calories only) or thirsty (if we don’t drink water). You must believe, that every cell is alive, and, which is more important, rational. For instance, a sperm cell which enters woman’s body, does not hesitate to carry out its duty. Every our cell is a miniature factory, which produces hormones, enzymes, and new cells. Each healthy cell is capable to divide oneself up to 30 times. Then, to prevent genetic drift, cell destruction mechanism is triggered. This process is called apoptosis. One blood cell has a 3 months lifespan, one heart cell – a 2 years lifespan, and one liver cell – 4 years lifespan. 100 millions of cells are born and die every day. Thus, a person may be called healthy not because he does not fall ill, but because he knows how to keep his health.

 What do we need to do to maintain our health?

1. Drink 1.5 liters of pure, well-structured, low alkaline, still, soft water a day!

2. Feed your cells! Everything that comes to our mouth does not necessarily mean good nutrition for our cells. What they really need is 12 vitamins, 16 minerals, 28 amino acids, 3 fatty acids, and 7 enzymes. Many disorders are caused by the lack of microelements. For example, the lack of chromium and vanadium may cause diabetes. Iodine deficiency leads to thyroid disease. Potassium is essential for good heart activity. Ferrum deficiency causes early hair loss and wrinkles. The lack of calcium may lead to osteoporosis, arthritis, hypertension, dental caries, etc. Selenium deficiency is a problem of global importance. It causes oncological, cardiovascular and endocrine disorders. Our body is a self-healing system, which substitutes all its cells in a 7 years period. That is why it is very important to supply our organism with all the essential “building material” to make the new cells healthier.

3. Purge your organism from fungi, viruses, bacteria, helminthes, and excrements. Use a special intestinal cleaning programme twice a year. Fast once a month. Organize a dieting day once a week (do not eat meat, white bread and milk), and visit bath regularly.

4. Protect antioxidants from free radicals. Eat as much fresh fruit, vegetables, and cereal as possible. Microhydrin is a very useful remedy.  Cell’s electrical potential is about 40mV. If it falls, the cell loses its strength. Energetic persons are persons who have an energy reserves. Cell receives energy as glucose. Body gets glucose from fats and carbohydrates. If the body is not getting fats and sugar, then the glucose can also be obtained from proteins by protractedly modifying amino acids, but it is a very complex biochemical process. Presence of glucose is very important. For example, the brain cannot do without glucose for more than a minute. A lack of glucose, it is also known as glycemia. When the sugar level falls below 5.5 mmol/l, you feel fatigue, headache, and nausea, loss of energy, apathy and depression. Sugar will not rescue in this situation. Eating, for example, teaspoon of sugar, sucrose will turn into glucose and soon will enter into blood and the body will be forced to assimilate it. Therefore, in order the sugar level in blood would not fluctuate, it would be better to use so-called long carbohydrates (cell included in cellulose), such as bran, different muesli, oranges, sweet apples, any sweet fruit. The body must analyse this cellulose cover in the beginning, so glucose enters gradually, over crumbs and over a longer period. Drinking freshly juiced juice large amounts of glucose comes from the fruit right away. By contrast, eating dried fruit, this process is much smoother.    Acid-base Balance.

 All life processes take place in the aquatic environment with definite concentration of hydrogen atoms. Substances which give hydrogen atoms are called the acids, but those which collect them - alkali. Fixed ratio of acids and alkalis in the solution is known as the acid-alkaline balance. It is characterized by specific indicator the pH (power Hydrogen “the power of hydrogen”), which indicates the number of hydrogen atoms in a given solution. PH value depends on the relationship between the positively charged ions (acidic environment forming) and negatively charged ions (alkaline environment forming). Human body strives to maintain strictly defined pH level, because when the balance falls apart many diseases may occur.

  The blood pH is 7.3. This is figure is constant. Blood pH shift to the acidic side promotes inflammation processes, but the shift to the alkali side promotes faster recovery and self-healing processes.  If the figure decreases till pH 7.1 it may cause death. If Ph is equal to 1 to 7 the environment is acid. 7 pH is neutral. pH from 7 to 14 - is alkaline. The blood pH is constant (constant figure, which is maintained by the body buffer systems), and the lymph and intercellular fluid are usually acidic. Disease makes friendship with acid, while health with base. People’s health and energy lies in a number of minerals and trace elements. Saliva pH 6.0 - 7.0, small intestine secretions - 7.7 to 8.0, gastric juice - 1.0 to 3.7, urine - 4,5 - 8,0, bile from 7.8 to 8.2, blood of 7.3 to 7.35.

  What happens when the biological environment of an organism changes?

1. When our environment becomes more acid, it becomes favourable for bad bacteria. The situation is worsened by the fact that these bacteria also emit toxins, which make our environment even more acid. Besides, acid environment is also favourable for free radicals, which damage cell membranes, and DNS and RNS structures, causing cells mutation and reprogramming. Such cells are capable to eat and reproduce themselves only. These are the cells of cancer.

2. The aging process becomes accelerated. Skin aging is directly connected with harmful effect of free radicals, produced by sun, wind and pollution.

3. Acid environment brings the atoms of oxygen into a fixed state. As a result our cells are similar to fish, which can’t breathe without water. We can’t help it by breathing more. The only thing which can set the oxygen free is microelements (calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium).

4. Insult and heart attack are also the frequent consequences of the acid environment.  Red blood cells become acid and stiff. They are unable to change its shape, and stick in tiny capillaries, blocking them. Since red cells are the bearers of oxygen, organism is dying without it. As a result we have insult or a heart attack.

5. The 30 years long researches have proved that cancer is anaerobic process (a process without oxygen).

6. Most of the enzymes do not work in the acid environment. Metabolism is stopped.

7. As long as the acid is not neutralized, it damages the blood vessels. For instance, lactic acid makes holes in the arteries, and to prevent bleeding, the organism patches these holes with low density lipoprotein (cholesterol). Thus, the real offender of the body is acid, caused by the mineral deficiency. Do you remember the pain you feel in muscles after hard physical work, or sport trainings? This is the cause of lactic acid activity.

8. Kidneys suffer as well. It was proved that stones in kidneys are made of bone calcium, though, not the calcium we eat.

9. In acidic environment most of the enzymes rapidly loses activity. In the result intercellular interactions are impeded.

  How can we check the pH level?

 You can check the pH level of your saliva by using the pH level indicator – litmus paper. Just hold it in your mouth for a second, and see the result. pH level corresponds to a certain colour.


  Acids Characteristics and Origin.

Lactic acid – is caused by physical exertion.

Hydrochloric acid – is caused by stress, fear, and anger.

Nitric acid – is caused by salted meat, especially with potassium nitrate additives (color).

Acetic acid – is caused by fats and sweets.

Tannic acid – is caused by black coffee and tea.

Uric acid – is caused by meat products.

Nicotine – is caused by smoking.

Oxalic acid – is caused by the cocoa and rhubarb (the amount of acids in rhubarbs increases in the second half of summer).

Anesthetic agents also produce acids. Organism neutralizes these acids with the help of minerals, to prevent corrosive burns. As a result, salts or slags are produced. Usually, minerals are taken from bones, nails (which start breaking), blood vessels, cartilage, joints (and you start to feel pain), hair, blood and skin. Organism disposes acids through sweat, urine and lungs (in CO form).


  What diseases affect us, when our environment is acid?

 The four essential minerals keep oxygen: calcium, potassium, sodium, and magnesium. If there is not enough of these minerals for acids slaking, calcium is taken from the bones, nails, muscles and connective tissues (such as osteoporosis and osteochondrosis are typical diseases in case of the lack of calcium, because calcium is spent for acid slaking). Potassium is taken from the heart, brain, liver and kidneys, and magnesium - from blood vessels.

Bone-muscle system - parodontosis, osteoporosis, dental caries, bone fractures, the vertebral disc disorders, night leg cramps, pain in joints, brittle nails, (since calcium is used to neutralize the acid).

Kidney, urinary system - urethritis, cystitis, kidney stones.

Digestive system - disbacteriosis, enteritis, colitis. All of us have experienced the fatigue caused by acid-forming food, consisting mainly of meat, and fat fish. Sweets increase blood acidity even more. Acid condenses in blood and affects heart and blood circulation.

Respiratory system - frequent colds, laryngitis.

Central nervous system - depression, increased irritability, headaches.

Genital System - itching genitals, vulvitis, infertility (highly acidic vaginal pH which kills sperm).

Sid-vascular system - Sticking, pressure in the heart area. Heart rhythm disturbances. Unpleasant feelings in the heart area, while sleeping on the left side of the body. High blood pressure is also the result of organism acidification. If the organism does not increase blood pressure, tiny capillaries are blocked even more.


  Which products of the body create an alkaline and which acidic environment?

 To create such a strict grouping is not easy because it turns out that the same products can be both alkaline and acidic. For example, dairy products while they are fresh they create an alkaline environment, but for longer storage - an acid environment. Grains and products produced from them cause acidic environment, but germinated grain - a very alkaline environment. Freshly squeezed lemon juice - an alkaline environment, but once sugar is added the opposite occurs. Egg yolk - is alkaline, but egg white is acidic. Apples of sweet sorts are alkaline, sour - acid. Tempered fruits and vegetables - they become acidic environment-shaping products. All nuts are acid forming, except almonds.


  Products that evoke acid:

 1) Meat, fish sausage

 2) Egg white

 3) Cheese

 4) The animal fats, margarine

 5) Cereals: barley, oats, millet

 6) Bread

 7) Beans, peas

 8) Nuts

 9) Coffee, black and green tea, cocoa and wine

 10) Acid apple varieties

 11) Sugar, sweets

 12) Also, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries and honey. However, all these products are rich with minerals, and organism does not have problems in neutralizing the acid. Refined products are a completely different story.

 13) sugar-sweetened soft drinks and canned juices, jams, fruit sauces.


   Products that evoke alkali:

 1) Vegetable oils (cold-squeezed).

 2) Fresh dairy products: butter, cottage cheese, cream and milk.

 3) Vegetables (except tomatoes and aubergines), garlic, especially black radish, cucumber, radishes, onions,carrots, beets, squash.

 4) Green leaf lettuce, celery, spinach, parsley, dill.

 5) Horseradish mustard.

 6) Malt grains and seeds.

 7) Egg yolk.

 8) Rice.

 9) Ambrosia.

 10) Greens and dried fruit (apples, raisins, almonds, figs)

 11) Olives, avocados, bananas, pears, mango, melons and watermelons. From nuts only almonds.

 12) Herbal teas (without sugar).


In normal life, acid and alkali products must be always equally balance. However, if you fall ill, eat 75% of alkali-containing products, and only 25% of acid-containing products.  Exclude sugar, white bread (rolls, macaroni, cookies, etc.), meat and milk from your diet.
