The Process of Cancer Development
The initiation of cancer development begins with irreversible DNA mutations and progresses into the promotion phase, during which the number of mutating cells rapidly increases. As the process advances, the tumor expands into tissues and metastasizes, potentially spreading to other organs.
There are numerous oncogenic factors. Some of the primary causes include chemical substances encountered in daily life, found in detergents, clothing, polluted air, and water. These substances may include heavy metals or plastics (for example, PVC windows in apartments, which release formaldehydes, dioxins, and phenols). Radiation and various high-frequency emissions are also significant cancer-promoting factors. Antibiotics and hormonal preparations have been linked to an increased oncological risk. Dietary factors, especially sugar and thermally processed meat, also contribute to elevated risk; cancer cells particularly consume glutamine and glycine. The more these factors accumulate, the faster molecular-level errors in DNA can build up in cells, ultimately leading to uncontrolled proliferation of abnormal cells.
Additional factors that promote cancer development include a sedentary lifestyle, which facilitates lymphatic stagnation, and a diet poor in micronutrients due to intensive agricultural practices and the depletion of soil through pesticide use.
Stress and psychosomatics are not primary causes of cancer but act as triggers or activators of the disease's onset mechanisms.
Genetics
Genetic predisposition in oncology accounts for approximately 2%, meaning that the remaining 98% depends on other factors. Before an oncological disease begins, prevention is possible with an efficiency of up to 99%. Scientific studies indicate that diet plays a major role in controlling cancer risk compared to the initial accumulation of carcinogenic substances. Even if there is a strong genetic predisposition to cancer, it can be influenced by diet. For example, the presence of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, which are associated with breast cancer, does not guarantee disease development. Dietary and environmental factors significantly affect the activity of these genes.
What Do Fungi and Tumors Have in Common?
In terms of behavior, cancer resembles a fungal colony that reacts to disturbance by rapidly proliferating. It perceives disturbances such as surgical intervention and various treatments aimed against it as threats. There appear to be parallels between fungi and oncology. Cancer cells also do not tolerate any attacks against them, responding by metastasizing and maintaining autonomy. Similar to fungi, when disturbed—such as by removing benign tumor polyps—they rapidly multiply. Antibiotics work similarly to radiation therapy in oncology—initially, there is a rapid improvement with the destruction of 70–90% of cancer cells. However, effectiveness subsequently declines. If radiation therapy is stopped without implementing other measures, rapid proliferation of cancer cells follows. To counteract this, cytostatics (chemotherapy) are used to slow cell division, but they also affect healthy cells, including immune cells, which is undesirable.
Not only cancer cells but also cysts and fibroids behave similarly to fungi. For instance, papillomas are precursors of cancer and require attention. Benign tumor cells differ from malignant ones in that they do not destroy other cells but merely proliferate.
Polyps
Polyps are pathological outgrowths on mucous membranes (but not on the skin), forming due to immune system dysfunction. They can develop in the uterus, gallbladder, digestive tract, and bladder. One of the most common types of benign colon mucosal polyps is tubular adenoma. Although tubular adenomas rarely progress to malignancy, polyps should still be considered precursors to malignant tumors, making immune system strengthening an important focus. When choosing surgical or laser methods for polyp removal, one must consider that, similar to fungi, polyps may respond with increased proliferation. Thus, a safer treatment approach involves the use of remedies offered by fungotherapy.
Individuals at higher risk of developing polyps include those with irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, and dysbiosis.
The Enzyme Perforin
Certain species of birch fungi, such as shiitake and Phallus impudicus (common stinkhorn), contain the polysaccharide lentinan, which increases the production of cytokine interleukin-2 and interferon in cancer patients. Lentinan stimulates immune cells, particularly macrophages, to synthesize the unique enzyme perforin in large quantities. This enzyme "drills" through and degrades the membranes of cancer cells. As a result, the affected cells lose cytoplasm and die. In cases of a small number of cancer cells, perforin can manage them independently. If cancer cells are more numerous, the immune system becomes involved. Over time, the body's production of perforin decreases. At temperatures between +38°C and +40°C, perforin breaks down.
It is important to emphasize that compared to chemotherapy, which acts cytotoxically (killing cells), the polysaccharide lentinan functions immunologically—stimulating T-lymphocyte activity, which in turn activates macrophages. Simultaneously, natural killer (NK) cells, the primary destroyers of tumor cells and viruses, are also stimulated.
It should be noted that medicinal properties of artificially cultivated mushrooms may be less effective compared to those grown in a natural environment. For example, chaga (Inonotus obliquus, or black birch fungus), used as a cytostatic agent, contains the active compound pterin (a pteridine derivative), which destroys cancer cells while preserving healthy cells. This is in contrast to chemically synthesized cytostatics, which destroy all cells. Interestingly, an identical chemical formula of this compound can be synthesized in a laboratory, yet its therapeutic effect is only present in the naturally sourced birch fungus. This suggests that untouched nature contains many complex mechanisms that humans do not yet fully understand.
Many oncologists worldwide are now turning to fungotherapy—cancer treatment using medicinal mushrooms.
Silvestrol
As fruits and vegetables are constantly attacked by fungal diseases in nature, they develop a natural defense mechanism called silvestrol. Compared to ordinary cells, cancer cells contain a unique biomarker - CYP1B1, which acts as a catalyst for chemical reactions. When it encounters silvestrol, which is contained in fruits and vegetables, it forms a substance that destroys only cancer cells, not harming healthy cells.
The more the disease attacks, the more this substance is produced in fruits and vegetables, meaning that in a sterile environment treated with fungicides, these substances will be significantly less, which is one of the reasons why free-range and organically grown products have stronger medicinal properties.
Animal Protein
Plant-based proteins do not promote the development of cancer compared to animal-derived proteins. Not only do animal-derived proteins not fully break down into amino acids and act as antigens, but, for example, meat contains iron (hemoglobin), which is a powerful catalyst for chemical reactions. Cooking meat produces terrible mutagens such as heterocyclic amines and nitrosoamides, which promote oncology.
It has been observed that in regions where animal-derived proteins and fats are heavily consumed, women have 2 to 3 times higher levels of estrogen, which in turn causes increased cell division, including cancer cells.
It's easy not to get sick, but hard to treat
Eco-medicine looks at oncology very calmly because it believes it is easy to avoid, even in its early stages, it is very easy to treat, but it is harder in the final stages when very radical actions are necessary, but many people simply lack the willpower.
To avoid cancer and cure this disease, it is necessary to understand the mechanism of its formation, for which eco-medicine has its explanation.
Cancer, as terrifying a diagnosis as it may sound to some, paradoxically, most often affects people with strong immunity, people in their prime, including young people (leukemia). To create and launch the oncological process, a strong immune system is required because cancer cells are very aggressive compared to surrounding cells, they need a lot of energy for growth and an anaerobic, i.e., oxygen-free environment. Cancer cells are similar to embryonic stem cells in many parameters, unable to differentiate, but develop, forming a homogeneous mass. Eco-medicine believes this happens because the body has accumulated toxic chemical compounds and foreign proteins, which cannot be expelled in any other way. To neutralize them, the body tries to localize them, making them harmless. It turns out that a person with a strong immune system who has accumulated a large amount of carcinogenic substances to the point where the body can no longer expel them is at greater risk of becoming ill again, but also, when ill, has a better chance of recovery.
What is a malignant tumor?
The formation of tumors, or neoplasia, is an uncontrolled, rapidly growing mass of cells characterized by metastasis and a high degree of morphological diversity among the cells and their structural elements.
What motivates such suicidal behavior? There is a self-regulation system for the body's metabolic processes, performed with tissue enzymes, as well as with the nervous and hormonal systems. Why does this mechanism fail, and aggressive malignant cell growth begins? There must be a reason. Accumulated in the body's tissues are foreign products that are very toxic and even dangerous to life. A response reaction follows, mobilizing forces to destroy them. Intense and aggressive cell growth occurs, with one nucleus becoming two, then four, until the cancer cell bursts, absorbing adjacent healthy cells, destroying them, and itself dying, resulting in the release of a large amount of toxins, further increasing the toxic load. This avalanche-like process, if not stopped, can end fatally. Therefore, it is vitally important for the patient to stop further body pollution with inadequate nutrition and immediately undertake radical cleansing programs. The increase in toxic load and its complications is the main cause of death, and only in rare cases can it be due to the compression of an organ.
Pus is considered the main cause
Pus is an inflammation product consisting of dead cells, microorganisms, and tissue fluid.
Pus can accumulate in various parts of the body, especially after infectious diseases:
💩 In the gums - periodontitis;
💩 In the four sinus cavities - sinusitis or frontitis;
💩 In breast tissue inflammation in women - mastitis;
💩 In the tonsils - tonsillitis;
💩 In the brain – meningitis;
💩 In the brain's lining - arachnoiditis;
💩 In the large intestine - paraproctitis, appendicitis, or proctitis;
💩 In the lung alveoli - pneumonia;
💩 At the bronchial lymph nodes and in the bronchial lumen - bronchitis and bronchoadenitis;
💩 In the pleural cavity - pleurisy;
💩 In the gallbladder - cholecystitis;
💩 In subcutaneous fat - furuncles, erysipelas, or phlegmon;
💩 Inflammation in the abdominal cavity - peritonitis;
💩 In the submandibular, sublingual salivary glands – mumps.
Since men do not have mammary glands where pus from the bronchi can accumulate and be filtered with the blood, but the heart is close, accumulations form in the heart wall. This results in coronary artery thrombosis, followed by a heart attack.
Insufficient blood and tissue oxygen supply is the main factor in tumor development. Tissue respiration is disrupted, meaning metabolic products do not oxidize completely and are not expelled but remain in the tissues, starting to rot. Monoamines are released, which are dangerous poisons such as putrescine, ptomaine, cadaverine. Ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methane are released. In addition to the aforementioned endogenous factors, exogenous (external) factors such as air, water, soil pollution, smoking, radiation, etc., are added. When several factors combine, cell growth can be reprogrammed. To avoid this, the most effective means is cleansing, even if the process has just begun. With chemotherapy (tissue cytostatics), healthy cells are killed simultaneously or even faster. The immune system loses the ability to regenerate, and cancer turns into immunodeficiency.
To stop tumor growth, fight the causes, eliminate pus foci, cleanse, and do not allow new pollution. If the immune system is not weakened by eliminating the causes, the body itself can cope with tumor growth in the initial stage.
Eliminating the causes of formation, if there has been no chemotherapy or radiation, even after surgery, recovery goes smoothly.
Chemotherapy is a very unpleasant topic, based on a false assumption - it is assumed that cancer progresses, with each subsequent mutation independently worsening the situation. This does not fit with the treatment scheme for oncological patients, which is based on the assumption - oncological cells will no longer become normal. What to do, they need to be destroyed, and the best weapon, the chemical weapon - chemotherapy, which in most cases does not help.
Using chemotherapy and radiation in the initial stages is a mistake because by weakening the immune system, the treatment process reaches a dead end. The most paradoxical thing is that pus accumulates more or less in the tissues of all people, but those with strong immune systems get cancer. A healthy person thinks there is no need to cleanse because there are no colds, coughs, flu, etc. While the body can compensate for these diseases, the disease, or cleansing process, does not start. Various toxic compounds accumulate and accumulate until the body can no longer withstand it and begins their elimination or neutralization in the form of a tumor. This can be both a benign and a malignant process.
Therefore, do not wait for diagnostic test results confirming the diagnosis. It is never too early to cleanse. By cleansing, you lose nothing, but every hour gained can be decisive.
Benign Tumors
Benign tumors include myomas or mastopathy, endometriosis, fibromas (connective tissue growths), cysts (pus bags encapsulated in a dense shell), and similar formations. The causes are the same, and the treatment is the same, so do not hesitate. They are precursors to aggressive, malignant cells. Do not panic; they can be easily dealt with by removing the causes of formation.
Ideally, human skin should be smooth and nothing on it, but nowadays this rarely happens. Hemangiomas, like angiomas, are localized pathologies of certain skin areas. They are benign tumors, small blood vessel formations that visually appear as pink nodules, resembling flat dome-shaped growths or thickenings formed from deformed capillaries and venules. There are also capillary hemangiomas, lymphangiomas, cavernous angiomas. If such formations are on the skin, there is a high probability that they may also be in internal organs and tissues, so if their number increases, it is advisable to consult a specialist, performing dermatoscopic and histological examinations. The specialist will recommend the best removal method - medicinal or surgical (electrocoagulation, laser, cryodestruction). Propolis preparations are suitable for scar healing. In folk medicine, treatment uses aloe extract and dandelion juice.
The range of causes of angiomas is very broad; they can be liver diseases, hormonal disorders, hormonal contraception, vitamin deficiency, cytomegaloviruses, alcohol consumption, smoking.
Inflammation
Using white flour products and sugar, the pancreas secretes insulin so glucose can enter the cells. However, along with insulin, a substance called a growth factor is simultaneously released, stimulating cell growth and inflammatory factors simultaneously. Inflammation helps the immune system heal damage. The tumor secretes these inflammation-promoting substances in large amounts, thereby stimulating cell growth, including cancer cells. With blood circulation, they enter surrounding tissues and continue to spread throughout the body, continuing to secrete substances that promote their growth. If the immune system is in order and not overloaded, it recognizes these cells and destroys them. Oncological disease can start from approximately 600 cancer cells, concentrating them in one place. This initial focus can be as small as a poppy seed.
Any long-lasting chronic process at the cellular level, whether it is inflammation, hypoxia, acidosis, a lack of some substance, or body pollution, sooner or later ends with oncological disease because the cell division algorithm is disrupted, resulting in cancer cells.
Cystitis
Cystitis is inflammation of the bladder, most often caused by bacteria. In women, it occurs approximately 5-8 times more often than in men due to a shorter urethra.
90% of all bladder inflammations are of bacterial nature, mainly intestinal rods (E.coli, about 80% of cases). Other common causes: staphylococci, klebsiellas, proteus mirabilis, enterobacteria, ureoplasmas, etc. Much less often, they are viruses (e.g., adenovirus, cytomegalovirus), very rarely fungal infections (candida).
Cystitis is often acquired in hospitals (so-called hospital infection), for example, related to urinary catheters, whose causative agents are often resistant to antibacterial (antibiotic) therapy, complicating treatment.
After completing an antibiotic course, it is essential to restore the intestinal microflora, for example, using bee bread.
In eco-medicine, cumin tea is used to treat cystitis. Cumin is ground, poured with hot water, and left to infuse for a few hours, drunk between meals. Chamomile tea is also used (local therapy, e.g., chamomile baths).
Herpes Labialis
Herpes is most commonly understood as skin eruptions caused by HSV-1 (herpes simplex virus-1), initially appearing as fluid-filled blisters (vesicles) and later turning into painful ulcers. The eruptions disappear without a trace. Treatment typically prescribes systemic acyclovir per os in tablet/capsule form, very severe cases (e.g., herpes virus meningitis) acyclovir is administered intravenously. Other preparations: valacyclovir, famciclovir. If necessary, antipyretics, painkillers.
Herpes virus eruptions can be treated with propolis. It is understood that the appearance of herpes is a reminder to take care of immunity to avoid more serious problems.
Leukemia
Acute leukemia is a long-lasting purulent process in the body that does not arise suddenly but begins even before a child is born. Chronologically, let's follow how it happens. The mother did not undergo any cleansing programs before pregnancy, during pregnancy consumed the classic diet available in supermarkets, which the unborn child also received. Even when the child was born, through breast milk, he essentially ate the same as the mother. Toxins and waste products accumulated and accumulated. Then the newborn child was affected by a draft, caught a cold, and was added the most common acute respiratory disease, more precisely, a self-cleaning process was provoked. The mother followed modern classical medicine recommendations - vaccines, fever-reducing medications, if not effective, antibiotics, further traumatizing the newborn's body. It seemed to end well. The temperature normalized, cough and runny nose disappeared, it doesn't matter that it was a bit dry, overall the child recovered. But did it recover? The next and next time of illness, the scenario is the same.
In fact, the disease is dispersed, driven deeper into the tissues, in medical terminology - compensated. But not eliminated from the body! The respiratory tract mucosa's dead cells killed by antibiotics become a purulent pus mass that also enters the long bones' marrow, where blood formation - erythrocyte and leukocyte production occurs. Many blast forms appear in the blood. In response to the toxins that have entered there, there is an increased production of leukocytes, intended to neutralize the intruders that have entered the body to maintain a clean internal environment of the body. Antibiotics also do not help in this case because they cannot penetrate the bone marrow. Due to microbial resistance, they become ineffective and can do little to help. There are no miracle cures for the way out of the situation, only one option - to cleanse and not pollute further, so there is no need to collect donations for an expensive life-saving operation with the hope that it will succeed.
Melanoma
Melanoma ranks between the fourth and fifth in the number of cases per year of all cancer diseases. In the last 40 years worldwide, the total annual incidence has increased 15 times. Each year, 230 thousand cases of melanoma are detected. The World Health Organization predicts a 25% increase in the number of cases over the next 10 years.
Melanoma is a malignant tumor. It develops from the skin's pigment cells, melanocytes, which produce melanin. There are also less dangerous cancer types, such as basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
The base of melanoma is predominantly black because it forms from the skin's pigment cells, melanocytes. Melanoma can also form on mucous membranes, under nail plates, or even on the iris. It can develop not only on moles but in some cases even on healthy skin. Melanoma metastasizes through blood, lymph, lymph nodes, and develops quickly. It often also reaches the brain.
If melanoma is detected in the initial stage, it is easy to cure, but if the causes of appearance are not eliminated, it can return.
Sun spectrum ultraviolet radiation and tanning beds are considered the main causes of the disease. Additional causes can include irritation and trauma to moles, as well as a decrease in immune system activity due to nutrient deficiency.
Melanoma can have several forms. Less aggressive are the lentiginous form (most often on the face), the nodular form, and the surface form (in women on the legs, in men on the chest). More aggressive include the acral form (most often on the feet and elbows). The achromatic (without pigment) melanoma is trickier. It is dangerous because it is difficult to notice - it is usually in a light brown or pink color.
The risk group includes:
👀 People with more than 20 moles on their body,
👀 People with relatives with this disease (hereditary factor),
👀 People with blue eyes, fair skin, and light hair,
👀 Women with endometriosis,
👀 Those who use hormonal preparations, for example, men for enhancing potency.
Timely diagnosis is the most effective way to avoid melanoma, so it is essential to regularly examine your body. Special attention should be paid to new moles. Ensure old moles do not increase, change shape, and their edges do not blur, they should be flat, and the coloring should be uniform. Moles start to hurt when melanoma is already in the 3rd or 4th stage and has affected the nearest lymph nodes and other organs. Chemotherapy is ineffective against melanoma. Fungotherapy helps.
Therefore, if there are the slightest suspicions, consult a dermatologist who can perform optical and digital dermatoscopy or, if necessary, remove a tissue sample for biopsy.
Breast Cancer
According to statistics, breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women. When discussing this topic in the media, it is always reminded to go for regular check-ups. Many women do not go because they are simply afraid to hear the terrible diagnosis.
Unfortunately, little is said about how not to reach this disease. Can regular check-ups prevent the causes of the oncological process? Yes, in this way, cancer can be detected at an early stage when it is much easier to treat. But maybe it is possible to surgically remove the breasts in advance, so to speak - no breasts, no problem. Here and there in the world, medical professionals also offer such absurd versions. What is the right thing to do? Maybe just hope like in a lottery that it won't happen to me. But maybe it would be better not to get to breast cancer at all?
Why does it happen? Who has not been sick, both in childhood and later? Popular common diseases - acute respiratory disease, runny nose, tonsillitis, flu, bronchitis, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, etc. Popular treatment preparations - antibacterial agents, antibiotics, respiratory dilators bronchodilators, hormonal preparations, etc. Yes, it gets better. It seems like a person recovers. But, is it completely? Where do the disease-causing agents, the remains of the body's sick, decaying cells, and the microbes that parasitize on them go? The answer - dispersed throughout the body.
Dead cells consist of proteins. Rotting in an anaerobic environment, they turn into pus, which is dispersed to all possible places, especially where there is a void, as in the bronchi, gradually sliding down to the lower part of the lungs, where the bronchial capillaries are located (obstructive bronchitis).
Year after year, catching a cold and treating it in the previously mentioned way, after 'recovery' without undergoing cleansing tours, promotes the accumulation of more and more pus in the so-called bronchial tree. For the body, this threatens with extensive poisoning with monoamines, such as cadaverine, ptomaine, which are released from the accumulated pus. There is constant communication between all the body's cells through the biofield, nervous, lymphatic, blood, and hormonal systems. The immune system receives an alarm. The bronchial capillaries, overgrown with pus and fungal mycelium, cannot be cleaned in the usual way. To save itself from the dangerous toxic material, nearby, highly aggressive undifferentiated cells are created in large quantities for its destruction. Such cells are created at an unnaturally high speed and are like kamikaze cells, indiscriminately destroying everything around them. This is what the clinical scene of the oncological process looks like.
Why do women most often choose breast glands? Because they are very close to the bronchi, actively function, and their tissues are spongy. They simultaneously act as a filter that prevents toxins from reaching the coronary blood vessels and heart muscle, so women much less often suffer from myocardial infarction, as is the case with men.
Do not wait for aggressive malignant cells to do the cleaning work. There is a much better option. It can be done by tissue enzymes proteases, which only destroy dead and rotting cells but do not touch healthy ones. However, there is a condition; they start working only when solid food does not enter and digestive enzymes for food processing are not released. Thus, cleansing through fasting. This body's self-regulation process can be observed, for example, when we get sick - there is no desire to eat.
What causes cervical cancer?
A sedentary lifestyle and prolonged sitting promote blood stagnation in the lower part of the trunk, impede venous return, and worsen blood supply, on which nutrient and oxygen delivery depend. Frequent antibiotic use also affects the vaginal microflora, home to hundreds of different microorganisms. Disrupting the balance with antibiotics leads to long-term inflammatory processes, including candidiasis. As a result, reproductive system problems arise, including an increased risk of cervical cancer. Before vaccinating against the papilloma virus, which can cause cervical cancer, it is worth knowing that this virus has about 350 types, but the vaccine is effective against less than 10 of these virus types. The vaccine's duration of action is 3-4 years, but its most unpleasant side effect is complicated fertilization.
Glioblastoma
Glioblastoma is an aggressive and dangerous type of brain tumor that cannot be completely surgically removed. It accounts for half of all brain tumor cases. Symptoms can vary greatly and may include speech disorders, seizures, tingling in the hands, epileptic fits, spontaneous fainting, sudden onset of hypertension, and headaches.
In addition to the causes common to other types of tumors, certain specific factors should be highlighted in relation to glioblastoma.
First, a currently relevant factor is the frequent use of mobile phones, especially when held close to the ear.
Second, the introduction of foreign stem cells into the body, often motivated by the desire to maintain a youthful appearance externally. Unfortunately, this disease often affects widely recognized public figures, particularly those in the entertainment industry, who attempt to counteract the rapid aging caused by an unhealthy lifestyle (such as frequent late-night parties) through stem cell therapy.
A third factor that could be noted is in vitro fertilization (IVF)—a procedure involving extracorporeal fertilization, which is closely associated with the intensive use of hormonal therapy.
Another contributing factor could be the presence of radioactive isotopes, heavy metals, and aluminum in the brain.
Additionally, a strong and prolonged stress response, as well as head trauma, can act as triggers or initiators of the disease process.
There is no such thing as anti-cancer immunity
There is no need for anti-cancer immunity because cancer cells live briefly. Eating neighboring cells, they die. New cells are constantly created in their place, provided the immune system is strong enough.
Can malignant tumors be destroyed with cell cytostatics, i.e., chemotherapy and radiation? Is there any point in this way of destroying existing cancer cells, which quickly decay anyway? In fact, chemotherapy and radiation are not aimed at existing cancer cells but at the strong immune system, its ability to synthesize new atypical cells. In this way, the immune system is weakened, turned from healthy to immunosuppressive, also called immunodeficiency syndrome.
Cancer is a condition of the body that passes like a cold. The body only needs help with natural means and not to continue polluting it. By carrying out serious tissue cleansing programs and strictly adhering to adequate quality nutrition, any malignant tumor form in the initial stage is curable within less than a year, thus not destroying the immune system. Do not try to deceive nature with crude interference in its operating mechanisms, but try to understand them, understand how everything works, adhere to the laws of nature, and not conflict with the body.
Take responsibility for your health
There are regions in the world where this disease is almost not encountered. Think and analyze for yourself - why. Without switching to adequate nutrition, i.e., not relieving the immune system, it is impossible to overcome this disease. Oncology, with a high probability, knowing how to use natural remedies, is conquerable even in stage 4, not to mention the initial stages. There are enough documented examples. The main problem for a person is psychological - it is difficult to completely change the previous lifestyle, to get rid of the narcotic addiction caused by inadequate food. Start doing something for your health today because tomorrow may be too late. May you have enough willpower to control yourself!
