The lymphatic system (in humans)
The lymphatic system is one of the most complex and important systems in the human body, about which physicians know the least. Also known as the white river of life, the lymphatic system removes dead bacteria, fungi, other parasites, and the toxins produced by their activity from the body. Scientists have found that 83% of all poisons and toxins are located in the lymphatic fluid within the interstitial fluid, which weighs several kilograms.

The lymphatic system does not have a separate pump (heart). The flow of lymph is facilitated by the muscles around the lymph vessels, which, by contracting, push the lymph upwards, while valves prevent it from flowing back. When sitting in a sedentary position for a long time, for example, at a computer or in front of the television, no movement of lymph occurs, and therefore no removal of toxins.

Lymph always moves from the bottom up, from the fingertips to the central lymphatic vessel in the chest, with valves preventing it from flowing back. How is massage performed on you? If it is done from top to bottom, contrary to the direction of lymph flow, the lymph return system is destroyed, and the leukocytes residing in the lymph nodes are destroyed, so massage should be performed from the fingers of the hands and feet upwards.

The lymphatic system is like a pool. Water is supplied through one pipe and drained through another, but the water in the pool itself must remain perfectly clean. Lymph is cleaned as it passes through the lymph nodes. Each lymph node has 10 entrances and only one exit. Lymph nodes contain T-lymphocytes, macrophages that patrol the surrounding tissues, fighting bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites they encounter, consuming them and delivering them to the lymph node. There, everything is broken down, processed, and then expelled.

What are the lymphatic drainage paths?
֍ The first drainage path for women is the vagina and for men the urethra, because lymph flows from bottom to top. Discharges from the vagina and urethra indicate that unwanted "guests" killed by leukocytes have entered the body. For example, yeast infection in women is the fungus eliminated from the body, but it is pointless to fight the dead fungi; the battle should be against those that are alive and in the body's tissues.

֍ The second lymphatic drainage path is the intestinal tract, where there is a large number of tiny lymph vessel openings through which a huge volume of toxins is expelled.

֍ The third path is through sweat glands, especially those located in the armpit. Humans need to sweat, but what do we do? We use deodorants. And where do the toxins go? To the nearest mammary gland. This leads to mastopathy, the contamination of the mammary gland's lymphatic basin. Therefore, it is not advisable to use deodorants that block the sweat gland ducts.

֍ The fourth is the nose. Nasal discharges are dead leukocytes, bacteria. The lymphatic system expels fungi through the skin.

֍ The fifth - tonsils. Purulent angina, tonsillitis. Streptococcus always comes through the tonsils. It is not advisable to remove tonsils and adenoids, as they are the last barrier to infection to the brain.

֍ The sixth – larynx. Chronic laryngitis or pharyngitis – people with these diagnoses have a chronic fungal infection or streptococcus.

֍ The seventh drainage path – trachea (tracheitis). People suffer from coughing.

֍ The eighth are the bronchi – bronchitis.

֍ The ninth - lung lobes, asthma. These are caused by the blockage of lymph nodes with bacteria and fungi. Bronchial asthma is not an allergic pathology; it is caused by the deep bronchial lymph nodes being blocked with bacteria and fungi. Similarly, neurodermatitis and psoriasis are blockages in the lymph nodes with fungi, literally "cementing" them, hence the skin opens "emergency" exits around joints and places where lymph vessel ducts are most concentrated.

A joint consists of bones with a smooth surface (cartilage), ligaments, and a joint capsule around them, so theoretically, swelling should not occur here. It turns out that a large lymph node is located behind the joint, and if it is blocked by bacteria, such as beta-hemolytic streptococcus, arthritis occurs, but if many joints are affected – infectious allergic polyarthritis. These diseases are not curable with medication and various therapeutic procedures; cleansing of the lymphatic fluid is necessary.

Around the gastrointestinal tract, there are about 300 large lymph nodes
Around the gastrointestinal tract, there are concentrated about 300 large-sized lymph nodes. Lymph vessels come to each fold of the large intestine, and through the lymph node's filaments, lymph is cleaned, which has entered from the lower part of the body and also from the liver, expelling a large amount of slag. Unfortunately, most modern people cannot do this because the exit filaments are clogged with hardened mucus and fecal stones, and are overgrown with fungal colonies, clearly seen when performing a colonoscopy, which is a method for visualizing the intestinal mucosa.

If the lymph nodes are blocked
If the lymph nodes are blocked, the expulsion of fungi, bacteria, toxins begins through the skin. Various rashes appear on the skin, and the dermatologist diagnoses conditions such as eczema, neurodermatitis, psoriasis, dermatitis, diathesis. Their nature depends on what lives in the lymph nodes. Most often, fungi are found there (living in the lymph, expelled through the skin). Treating fungal-induced damage with creams will not help, as their development process occurs inside the body – in the tissues. Dermatologists treat us from a completely different side, not addressing the main reason – contaminated lymph.

If the heart is tired and cannot pump blood
If the heart is tired and cannot pump blood, it is not blood that is retained in the legs but lymph, which gets there as blood plasma is squeezed into the tissues due to high hydrostatic pressure. Swelling of the hands is associated with the impermeability of the axillary lymphatic outlets. Swollen eyelids indicate blocked facial and jaw lymph nodes, indirectly also indicating kidney function disorders (proteinuria or excessive protein excretion with urine). Coating on the tongue, bad breath, swellings, frequent colds, runny nose and cough, sharp sweat smell, unpleasant body odor, all indicate lymph contamination. Who has thought of cleaning their lymphatic system? We clean our teeth in the mornings and evenings, but the bad breath remains. Some believe that this smell is related to dysbiosis in the gastrointestinal tract, but in fact, it is related to lymph contamination, and the source of the smell is the "cemetery" of dead microorganisms at the base of the tongue, where the lymphatic exits are.
How to cleanse the lymph?
A scientific program for cleansing the human lymphatic system has been developed. Its essence is as follows. All our body's cells live in the interstitial fluid, which simultaneously serves as both a dining room and a toilet. Lymph contains hyaluronic acid, which can be either gel-like (like thick jelly) or in liquid form. This is affected by temperature. Heating up in a sauna makes the lymph liquefy, starting sweating, so it is advised to go to the sauna at least once a week, but the temperature should not exceed +60°C. To stimulate lymph movement, lymph stimulators can also be used, such as licorice root (Licorice Root). In this way, the liquefaction of lymph can be additionally stimulated so that it can be directed towards the exit. This process is called lymph stimulation and should be done on an empty stomach. Lymph moves towards the exit (to the skin, gastrointestinal tract). If a sorbent (activated charcoal or another) is also introduced into the body at this time, toxic compounds are bound (absorbed). After taking a sorbent, one should not eat for at least an hour. Lymph cleansing can last one day or even a whole month. Lymph needs to be cleansed after chemotherapy, X-rays, a course of antibiotics, severe illness, etc. Unfortunately, along with lymph, micro and macro elements, vitamins are also bound and expelled, so after cleansing the lymph, the body needs to be replenished with them. Even in the times of Avicenna, it was said: first cleanse, fast, drink water, and calm down. If all else fails, then go to the doctor. If you follow the first part of the phrase (cleanse the lymph and gastrointestinal tract), then most likely, you will not need to go to the doctor. This way, you will be helping doctors, freeing them from futile work.

What damages the lymphatic system?
Let's look at the offerings of a fast-food restaurant. Popular dishes include, for example, french fries, ketchup, salads made from marinated vegetables with mayonnaise, burgers, and juice from exotic fruits. Naturally, such products spoil very quickly. Peeled potatoes turn black, tomato paste sours, beaten eggs with milk powder quickly smell bad, vegetables spoil, and juice ferments. However, this does not happen with products offered by fast-food restaurants. This indicates the strong impact of antioxidants and preservatives. What does this have to do with the lymphatic system? The first blow is received precisely by this system, as it is very sensitive to diet. The lymph contains a huge amount of enzymes, especially in the lymph nodes. They destroy pus, bacteria, and viruses. E-substances interfere with enzymes performing this important function. By suppressing lymphocytes, which operate on an enzyme basis, pus decomposition does not occur, and bacterial character rashes appear on the skin. The fight against fungi weakens, and, for example, dandruff, yeast infection, etc., may appear. Continuing to consume such "food" can lead to a deeper weakening of the body's defense functions - stopping the fight against viruses.

The lymphatic system is very sensitive not only to diet but also to temperature. For example, if a person drinks a cold liquid, they may later have a sore throat, or, as is commonly said, catch a cold and have a fever. What happened in these cases? If the temperature in the lymph nodes decreases by 2 -3°C, the flow of lymph through the capillaries decreases 2 – 3 times. Leukocytes, which destroy bacteria every second, do not reach their intended locations, and bacteria have the opportunity to multiply. To localize this infection outbreak, the body is forced to raise the body temperature, thereby mobilizing the immune system.

Temperature is a strong body's protective reaction, and if the pathogen is serious, it should rise to +38°C. At this temperature, blood is heat-insulating. The person does not sweat and does not give off heat. This is the immunity point when leukocytes begin to multiply or divide rapidly. They need to multiply in huge amounts. Everything that flows from the nose, in fact, is dead leukocytes, bacteria. This is the body's natural cleansing, and artificially slowing down this process with medications is not recommended.

Swelling is a stagnation of lymph, which can be caused by infections, parasite infiltration, weak immunity, oncological diseases, and the removal or damage of lymph nodes or lymph vessels. Swelling can also be related to hormonal disorders or increased arterial blood pressure, as water infiltration from blood capillaries to tissues occurs.

Although the cause of swelling is often found in the kidneys or heart, for example, heart failure and nephrotic syndrome, it is often caused by the accumulation of toxins and salts in tissues. The swellings themselves create problems for the kidneys and heart. Excessive fluid accumulation and non-removal – this is the cause of swelling, which is related to the maximum accumulation of toxins and inorganic salts in these tissues, where swellings form.

Only arterial blood delivers any fluid to tissues. It is enriched with oxygen and nutrients. In contrast, venous blood is saturated with carbon dioxide and waste products that have formed from cell decomposition. The outflow of this blood occurs already through venous blood vessels. Parallelly, the removal of accumulated fluid in tissues also occurs through the lymphatic system, which is like our main sewage system. If there is swelling, it indicates problems with fluid outflow through veins, lymphatic capillaries, and the lymphatic network.

There are three main reasons for the formation of swelling not related to heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction:
Low activity and insufficient contraction amplitude of calf muscles, because the outflow of fluid and lymph from the legs occurs thanks to these muscles, which act as the heart of the lymphatic system.

Insufficient deep diaphragmatic breathing or its absence, because lymphatic return occurs not only by contracting muscles but also from the suction effect of the diaphragm. When a person is lying down, muscles do not work; they are relaxed and resting. If a person has an excessive amount of slag, salts, and toxins, fungal infections, parasites, and inflammatory processes, the lymphatic system cannot expel it all, and swelling appears. Here, diaphragmatic or deep breathing can help, as the movement of the diaphragm promotes lymph movement. If a person cannot switch to deep breathing, visceral fats and a large belly hinder it, becoming a reason for swellings. By the way, there are specific exercises to train deep breathing.

According to the principle of osmosis, salts attract water to dissolve in it and reduce concentration. Often it starts from the feet and lower legs. This is related to gravity - the farther this place is, the harder it is to expel. Therefore, the more difficult the lymph and blood circulation in a certain area, the more often compaction occurs and becomes chronic.

It should be reminded that the movement of nutrient molecules, whether in fluids or cells, occurs not according to the principle of osmosis, but according to the pH gradient, that is, from an acidic environment to an alkaline environment. Therefore, to remove swelling, an alkaline environment must be created on its surface. This can be achieved by applying a compress for several hours, prepared by adding a spoonful of soda to a glass of boiling water, and soaking a cloth in this solution.

Swimming in the sea is associated with relaxation and health improvement. When swimming in salty water, due to osmotic pressure, salt trying to dissolve pulls water along with toxins and slag from the skin. Cleansing occurs, thus healing.
By consuming large amounts of vegetable and unsweetened fruit juices, a person receives both energy and nutrients, simultaneously not overloading the digestive and excretory systems, allowing them to rest and accumulate strength. When there is enough strength, the body can complete the cleansing processes that previously lacked energy. That's why various juice diets are so popular.

With diarrhea, a lot of minerals are washed out of the body. Therefore, freshly squeezed vegetable juices, which also perform liver cleansing, fit well. For example, carrot juice.

Juices can be mixed with each other. They are well assimilated, and the body does not need to adapt. Green juice is very active, so when performing cleansing tours, one should be careful.

However, it should be noted that the above applies to fresh, just squeezed juices, but not to canned ones. Sweet juices very quickly raise the sugar level in the blood. Moreover, in Italy, where there is the highest juice consumption in the world, there is also the highest number of diabetes patients.

Not moisture and cold to blame
For many of us, the onset of cooler weather is associated with colds, coughs, runny noses, flu, and even serious complications caused by these diseases. It is hardly possible to avoid cold and microbes. What then remains to be done?

Let's analyze what happens when we catch a cold. Runny nose, cough, and purulent discharges are natural body cleansing processes that should be allowed to proceed on their own, simultaneously stimulating them through the liver and gastrointestinal tract. What to do? Suppress these processes with fever-reducing agents, cough medicines, etc. Or let the body cleanse itself? Logic suggests – it should be allowed to cleanse, understanding that it is not moisture and cold to blame, but that purulent phlegm from the lungs and discharges from the nose had been accumulating for a long time, but catching a cold just prompted the start of the cleansing process – the expulsion of waste outside. To accelerate and make this process favorable, the body should be cleansed immediately through the main cleansing paths - the liver and gastrointestinal tract, as described in the "cleansing" section. Viruses and microbes parasitize only in the cytoplasm of those cells that are saturated with toxins. Healthy and clean cell cytoplasm is bactericidal and can destroy microbes.

Temperature is an indicator of ATP synthesis disruption
If sick, food is the biggest enemy. No food at all. We know that when a person has a high temperature, they do not want to eat. Temperature is an indicator of the disruption of adenosine triphosphate synthesis. The body does not accumulate energy but releases it in the form of heat. Therefore, it could be said - temperature is like an indicator of the body's toxicity. Inducing diarrhea, for example with magnesium sulfate, is one of the cleansing methods.

Dysentery is a strong diarrhea, during which the body spends all its water on self-cleansing, so it is necessary to drink a lot to replenish water reserves and enhance diarrhea. Diarrhea should not be reduced, but we often do the opposite. If a child has diarrhea, they should be given as much water as possible. Both vomiting and diarrhea should not be stopped. It will stop on its own when the body has cleansed itself.

If you are poisoned, you should get rid of this food as quickly as possible.

Some people claim that eating garlic makes them feel nauseous, start vomiting, and have diarrhea. That is exactly why garlic should be eaten, as it cleanses the liver.

Similarly, if using products containing black walnut leaves, rashes appear on the skin, it indicates that the body is getting rid of fungi in this way.

Sweat on the face indicates contaminated lymph
Powerful lymphatic system drainage channels are located in the armpits, through which a large amount of toxins is expelled. There are not many drainage channels on the face. If the armpit drainage channels are contaminated and blocked, sweating occurs through the entire body. If sweat appears on the face, it indicates contaminated lymph and its inability to cleanse through the sweat glands in the armpits.

The optimal temperature in a sauna is +60°C, and one should stay at this temperature for at least 1 hour. At this temperature, the body does not switch off heating, and the subcutaneous layer heats up to +42°C, but the existing pathogenic microflora dies off. Therefore, the sweat that reaches the skin is sticky, slippery, and has an unpleasant smell. It should be rinsed off with warm water. However, if the temperature exceeds +70°C, the skin begins to overheat, and the body tries to protect itself – the liver switches off heating, but the internal organs cool down in this way. Those who heat up at high temperatures risk increasing the risk of heart attack.

The kidneys are one of our most important cleansing organs. Many probably know the feeling after celebrations, when everything is eaten and drunk in turn, the next day there is a headache, nausea, and thirst. These are toxins making themselves known, and the kidneys are engaged in their cleansing. When there are fewer toxins, symptoms disappear.

The kidneys perform the function of urine excretion and concentration in the body, regulated by only one factor – the amount of pure drinking water consumed in small sips between meals or at least 15 minutes before a meal. If the water is warm, soft, negatively charged, it begins to be absorbed already in the small intestine, and after a short time, it is expelled from the kidneys along with already dissolved toxic salts as urine.

Being happy about a large amount of toxins in the urine is a good thing, as it means there are fewer in the body. But if there is a lack of water and this concentration exceeds the norm, salts begin to settle in the lower part of the kidney, and the kidneys become slightly heavier. This is the first stage of kidney stone disease, when small crystals are not yet visible. In the second stage, upon ultrasound examination, urinary condensations can be noticed, but in the third stage, crystals up to one millimeter, so-called sand, are already visible. Crystals with a diameter of more than one millimeter are the 4th stage of kidney stone disease. The composition of crystals can vary - phosphates, oxalates, urates also proteins, which cannot be seen ultrasonographically. By the way, potassium from food additives, if it is in inorganic form, is most likely to be found as a component in kidney stones. The person continues to drink insufficient water, but calcium accumulates in the form of kidney stones, as calcium places in the bones have been taken by undischarged large molecular toxic salts.

As slag accumulates in the circulatory system, the body tries to get rid of them by expelling them through the skin and lungs. However, if there are too many, accumulation begins in various organs: the liver, pancreas, heart, fat on the abdomen, hips, breasts, bones almost all organs and everywhere. Cardiologists, dermatologists, gynecologists, allergologists, orthopedists, dentists, etc., deal with the consequences of slag and toxins.

The function of the kidneys depends on the quality of membranes. The main mechanism for renewing kidney membranes is to increase fat consumption in the diet. Therefore, those who follow fat-free diets most often face kidney problems.

Toxicosis, which is usually attributed only to pregnant women, can exist for many years without symptoms until it reaches a stage when they begin to appear. After fertilization, radical metabolic process changes occur in a woman's body, it is the embryonic stage, the first 12 weeks, when the child still does not have its organs. With rapid tissue formation processes, metabolism is very intense. One gram of embryonic tissue excretes as many toxins as 100g of an adult's tissues. If adult cells divide on average once every 5 - 6 days, then for an unborn child, it is once every 2 - 3 hours. As a result, a huge amount of toxins enters the mother's blood. A sign of water-salt metabolism disorder is always early pregnancy toxicosis.

Since toxicosis was already present and pregnancy only exacerbated it, the mother's body may perceive the embryo as a threat factor to her health from progressing toxicosis. As a result, spontaneous abortion may occur (6 – 9 weeks) and, the greater the degree of toxicosis, the earlier it happens. Although doctors try to maintain pregnancy with blocking medications, toxicosis remains the issue and should be addressed.

Another form of toxicosis is swelling, when the body retains water in various places, unable to expel it while simultaneously reducing toxic concentration. One of the signs of swelling is weight gain and its rapid changes. Both forms of toxicosis can occur simultaneously.

If pregnancy has reached the 12th week, the body builds a natural protective membrane – the placenta. And it is no longer an embryo, but a fetus, with all organs formed. Toxins can no longer escape through the placenta, and the child must cope with them on its own. At this stage, symptoms of pregnancy toxicosis disappear.

The typical pathological process compensation mechanism is the same – temporarily, to relieve the body, switch to fast carbohydrates. Just like with hypoxia, stress, the tendency for sweets increases to reduce toxic load. The pregnant woman starts craving sweets. If it is honey, it's okay, she won't eat much, but if it is buns, sweet yogurts, cookies, candies, potatoes, pasta, and various chemical food industry pseudoproducts, the situation is sadder. The problem is that the fetus needs not only energy but also construction materials, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, etc. A balance is needed. It can hold on to reserves for a while, then diseases follow, the question is just when and what.

Pregnancy ends, but toxicosis remains, and toxic lactation begins. The mammary glands take the substrate for milk synthesis from the blood. Along with nutrients, concentrations of residual salts and toxins also enter the milk. The child swallows the milk and vomits. The child's body does not take what it does not need. The doctor blocks the vomiting mechanism with medications. Milk enters the gastrointestinal tract. The child starts having stomach pains (toxic gastroenteropathy). The toxic mother mainly consumes fast carbohydrates. The milk lacks nutrients. The child cries both hungry and fed. Dysbiosis is also characteristic. As a result, other problems follow. In the future, the child becomes dependent on fast carbohydrates. Especially boys in later life tend to consume beer and coffee.

For a mother with such toxic milk, lactation quickly ends. In perspective, fibrocystic breast mastopathy may appear. The woman's body understands that pregnancy is a danger and tries not to allow it anymore. Protective mechanisms against pregnancy are activated: psychogenic factors, ectopic pregnancy, fibroma. Psychologists, gynecologists, surgeons, oncologists, etc., are ensured work.

Bodybuilding and cleansing
Sports train the body and create a strong immune system, but if a person does not cleanse and consumes inadequate nutrition, they may face very unpleasant health problems.

Those engaged in growing large muscles know well that physical exercises alone are not enough, it is necessary to consume a diet rich in animal proteins, and to eat heartily after training. Perhaps to someone who is engaged in bodybuilding and trains diligently, this may sound offensive, but large muscles are formed as a result of intense body pollution. When examining the composition of large muscles, it turns out that muscle tissue constitutes only one-third, the other two-thirds are made up of fatty tissues. By the way, the body also needs fatty tissues to store toxins from which it cannot otherwise get rid of. Proof of this is people with much smaller muscle mass, but whose muscles function even better.

If a person's excretory systems work well, stopping training quickly reduces large muscles, whereas if the excretory system works poorly, excess fat remains to store toxins. The body does not need excess muscle tissue because it requires additional energy. In a normal state, only a few percent of muscle tissue is active in a person. If a person works intensively physically or trains, muscle tissue becomes active in increasingly large amounts. More blood comes to them, and they increase in size only slightly. Actively engaging muscles, they enter tone and become more resilient, increasing only slightly, and the body acquires a slender, athletic figure. On the other hand, to achieve unnaturally large muscles, which the body does not want, it must be done forcibly, by performing a large physical load that damages muscle tissues. In the process of tissue healing, scar tissue forms, which increases in size several times. The damaged and regenerating muscle mass, in terms of external appearance, impressively increases. Bodybuilders, to achieve an effect, perform a very precisely defined number of heavy specific exercises to the point of exhaustion, simultaneously injuring muscle fibers. As soon as the physical load ceases, muscle fibers heal and regain their previous sizes. If the excretory system works poorly, excess fats remain to store toxins.

Why does some people's facial skin turn red?
When the concentration of incompletely split blood plasma proteins in the liver becomes very large, it leads to an increase in the number of erythrocytes to a critical limit. At the same time, the hemoglobin content in erythrocytes increases. Accumulating hemoglobin, erythrocytes themselves increase in size. You may have noticed that many people's facial skin turns red. This is because enlarged erythrocytes cannot enter the small capillaries that go through the intercellular space further to the tissue cells. Blood viscosity increases, which in turn promotes the formation of thrombi. Varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, stroke, heart attack may occur. Every moment millions of cells die and if the liver functions partially, a large amount of unsplit proteins is deposited on the walls of blood vessels. This is how the body tries to protect itself from stroke and heart attack, because it is impossible to increase their concentration in the blood, that is, to thicken the blood. Excess proteins are absorbed into the walls of capillaries in the periphery, because there the blood flow is slower and turn into collagen fibers. They accumulate in the membranes of blood vessel cells and complicate the functioning of the segment supplied by the blood vessel. As a result, the aging process occurs faster than programmed in the genome.

Why do women live on average 10 years longer than men?
A man's body must neutralize and remove the formed acids and harmful substances immediately, so men are the sweating sex. They sweat from the slightest physical activities. Male hormones androgens deliver harmful substances to the hair base, where they are neutralized with microelements. This is one of the main reasons why men lose hair. American researchers have discovered that there is a close relationship between baldness and heart attack. Often in relatively young years, men begin to lose hair and blood pressure rises. The result is a heart attack and stroke. These are the consequences of an unhealthy lifestyle.

A woman's body accumulates acids and harmful substances in the blood, lymph, and before menstruation, female hormones estrogens deliver harmful substances to the uterus, where once a month they are expelled with blood. Premenstrual syndrome, which manifests as slight irritability, migraine, swelling (for acid dilution), is nothing but a high level of acids and harmful substances in the body. When the ability to expel harmful substances and acids through the uterus ends, that is, menopause occurs, the first phase follows, for a while a woman's body tries to expel acids and harmful substances through the skin (hot flashes and sweating), but if the woman continues the previous lifestyle, drinks coffee, eats unhealthily, stresses, then the second phase follows, soon diseases such as osteoporosis, varicose veins, rheumatism, foot and lower leg swelling, the progression of nail and foot fungal diseases appear.

Detoxification is the foundation of eco-medicine and a prerequisite for the treatment of all diseases. More than 2000 years ago, the father of medicine, Hippocrates, after whom the solemn oath of doctors is named, said: 'Ubi pus, ibi evacua!', which translates from Latin as 'Where there is pus, there clean'.

Detoxification, as unbelievable as it sounds, can treat practically all diseases with a few exceptions when destructive irreversible changes have already occurred in the body, such as in the final stage of oncology, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, and a few others. Although it should be added that in the early stages, these diseases are treatable or at least can be halted. However, a much simpler and more convenient option is simply not to reach these diseases by detoxifying in time.

Waste substances
Waste substances are wastes that accumulate and usually do not interfere. They do not destroy cells. Only when there is too much of them, problems begin, such as mucus – runny nose and cough, retained water – swelling.

Stones consist of microscopic crystals, which are insoluble salts, accumulating from childhood. The detoxification process from them is difficult and prolonged. They are found not only in the kidneys but also in the joints and limit the range of motion, can irritate them and be a cause of inflammation. Waste substances can accumulate in the blood vessels (myocardial infarction, stroke, etc.).

As waste substances accumulate, they act like shunts in an electrical circuit, that is, accumulated salts interfere with signal transmission.

Toxins are substances that even in small amounts damage and destroy cells. Toxins can accumulate in the body so much that an inflammatory process can begin. This problem has become relevant recently. Doctors think that it is caused by the proliferation of bacteria, but antibiotics do not help because the environment is so toxic that there simply are no bacteria, they cannot survive. Treatment is limited to symptom relief. Examples: prostatitis, cystitis, urethritis, etc. It seems like an inflammatory process, which should have a lot of bacteria, the mucosa is inflamed, but there are no bacteria, even though textbooks say that septic inflammation is caused by bacteria.

Toxins tend to accumulate in the form of dehydrated fecal stones, in the maxillary sinuses, the lower part of the lungs, the intercellular space.

In society, it is common to hear that this or that person eats as it happens, lives carefree, and has no health problems. There may be two variants – the first, less common, when for some time the excretory system fully copes and problems do not arise. However, more often the second variant occurs, when a person does not have enough energy to detoxify. Toxins accumulate and accumulate until some system collapses. Such people are usually said to have been fine, did not get sick, and then, as if out of nowhere, tragedy struck.

What causes oxalates, phosphates, and urates?
Inorganic minerals precipitate, crystallize, and turn into various types of stones (kidney stones, gallstones).

Oxalates (salts of oxalic acid) from thermally processed products, especially sorrel, rhubarb, parsley, celery, spinach, as well as from carbonated drinks, coffee, concentrated teas, cocoa beans, chocolate. Always arise from products that acidify the body very much. They are poorly excreted.

Phosphates arise from infectious diseases, for example, caused by Escherichia coli or the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Dairy products also promote the formation of phosphates.

Urates from meat and also from dairy products. Formed when the pH of urine is below 6, as well as in the case of magnesium deficiency because the person does not consume greens.

The causes of stone formation of all kinds are water deficiency in the body, resulting in a high concentration of uric acid. Stones in a modified form can be not only in the kidneys but everywhere, inside the ear (when ringing in the ears), in the retina of the eye, in blood vessels (when there are atherosclerotic plaques, whose framework consists of calcium salts).

More than 90% of cases of people who have kidney stones and other stones, inside these kidney stones live so-called nanobacteria, which assimilate calcium from the bloodstream and create calcium-phosphorus compounds or so-called apatite conglomerates, which serve as a protective shield for them. When these bacteria encounter antibiotics, people who take them, for their protection, the bacteria intensively secrete a biofilm (mucus). Many people regularly take antibiotics. Antibiotics are usually prescribed for safety even when ultrasound breaks up kidney stones. As a result of crushing, a large amount of nanobacteria is released, which are very resistant to various actions against them. The immune system has difficulty noticing them, but partially they are still detected and antibodies are produced, but they cannot be completely defeated, the immune system starts to independently produce antibodies. Over time, this threatens to lead to autoimmune diseases.

As bacteria tend to adapt to antibiotics, over time they become ineffective, so to prevent such situations, natural preventive agents such as garlic and propolis are useful. Bacteria cannot develop resistance against propolis.

Coating on the tongue
When the body does not have to process incoming food, it switches to detoxification mode and begins to cleanse itself of waste substances, that is, mucus. The mucus visible on the tongue is just the visible part of the iceberg, it is only a small fraction of the large amount of mucus that is in the intestines. Mucus is ideal food for various bacteria, for example, periodontitis develops.
Seven degrees of body pollution
We imagine what a person should look like at 20, 50, 70 years old. In fact, these are the consequences of pollution levels. It is different in the animal world, it is very difficult to determine age by their appearance. For example, in television broadcasts, huge herds of animals are shown, which do not differ from each other in any way, except possibly in size.

  1. Externally, a seemingly healthy person feels tired, becomes a little nervous, has an unpleasant smell from the mouth. Previously enjoyable activities become indifferent. The person is in a depressive mood. This indicates the initial pollution of the nerve channels, which later can cause cervical osteochondrosis.

  2. Fatigue is accompanied by headaches, a sensation of breaking in the joints, muscles, weakness, frequent colds, constipation or diarrhea, increased gas formation, an unpleasant body odor.

  3. The appearance of various allergic reactions. They can be the most diverse allergens: pollen, household dust, animal fur, drugs, and even some food products. If body pollution exceeds the permissible limit, frequent headaches, coughing that can turn into asthma with mucus and sputum discharge are possible. Skin changes appear: dryness, oiliness, cellulite, acne. Such diseases as psoriasis, eczema, diabetes. Women may experience menstrual cycle disorders, various vaginal discharges.

  4. Cysts, papillomas, polyps, adenomas, thrombophlebitis, tumors begin to form in the body. Problems such as weakness and pain in the heart area, chronic fatigue, prostatitis, hypertension, migraine, skin pigmentation, eczema, psoriasis, and accelerated aging appear.

    5. People suffer from such diseases as radiculitis, stones in the kidneys and gallbladder, rheumatism, polyarthritis.

  6. Since the nerve channels are polluted, signal transmission through them is not possible. This can cause paralysis or Parkinson's disease.

  7. The ultimate result of toxin accumulation and non-elimination is cell division disorders, fungal intervention, and as a consequence, benign tumors, in the worst case oncology, primarily colorectal cancer. Toxins are almost the cause of all diseases.

The liver tries to prevent toxins from being in the blood, so it inactivates and removes them. Otherwise, toxins destroy the liver itself, although it has huge resources, it is believed that even if 5% of the liver remains, the person feels nothing. Unfortunately, even such resources are not enough for modern humans. When the liver is heavily polluted, for example, after eating something fatty, a reaction occurs: headaches, nausea, trembling hands, fever, thirst. The person thinks that they have eaten a spoiled product, but the fault is the polluted liver, the reduction of its operational potential. The liver's natural way of detoxification is to remove toxins through the intestines. Bile is released, which contains a large amount of toxins. Bile in the intestines acts as a laxative. Toxins, along with bile, quickly pass through and do not have time to be absorbed. If the intestines are clean, this happens in 20 – 30 minutes. If not, the intestines are clogged with mucus, which is very typical nowadays, bile gets stuck in the mucus clots and begins to be absorbed into the blood. And then instead of detoxification, we get toxins that, along with bile, are absorbed into the blood. When toxins re-enter the blood, the process of bile secretion is blocked, and the process of detoxification through the intestines does not occur. The second option is activated – the elimination of toxins through the kidneys, which is accompanied by thirst, but this option is not as effective. There is a third option. A large amount of bile is thrown into the duodenum, which is directed upwards to the stomach. Unpleasant bile vomiting begins.

Eating several times a day, detoxification does not occur
Official medicine only talks about one function of the intestinal tract – the processing and absorption of food, that is, assimilating what is needed and removing what is excess. However, the intestinal tract has another mode – the detoxification mode, and the prerequisite for it is the absence of food. Waste substances and toxins are removed from tissues, blood, through the intestinal walls into the intestinal lumen and further removed in the usual way. These two processes cannot occur simultaneously – either one or the other. Physiology assumes that a person eats several times a day. In this way, the detoxification process is excluded. Part of the toxins and waste substances from the intestines returns back into the bloodstream. This is often accompanied by dizziness and headaches. These symptoms are blamed on hunger, but the culprits are toxins and not even waste substances. The person eats, and the detoxification process stops, also the symptoms disappear.

How to check the degree of intestinal obstruction with mucus?
A sign of weak peristalsis is the weak effect of laxatives. To check for intestinal obstruction with mucus, the simplest way is to eat a lot of grapes. If there is no abdominal discomfort and bloating, everything is fine. Fresh grape juice is especially effective. If the stomach bloats from grapes, then it will bloat even more from the juice.

Physical activity improves bowel function (peristalsis). The smooth muscle activity of the intestines also improves. For example, professional athletes, when they stop exercising, often experience a rapid deterioration in health. Eating habits remain, but the detoxification factor (movement) is not.

Is detoxification necessary?
Often we encounter such claims: ''Food safety is taken care of by the respective authorities'' or ''I eat what I like and don't get sick'' or ''I know this product is not good, but I will eat or drink just a little and nothing bad will happen.''

Nature is arranged so that every person, including animals, has a certain limit of detoxification resources. If a person consumes food as intended by nature, there are enough detoxification resources with a large reserve.

People differ only in the degree of body pollution and internal energy, that is, mineral and enzyme reserves, the rest is completely the same, biochemical processes work the same, we consist of the same microelements and the same amino acids. Therefore, those who eat modern traditional food according to the principle "everything that tastes good'' and boast that they do not get sick, have a reason for serious concern. At some point, the body may not have enough resources to detoxify and the worst scenario follows. Only completely detoxified people who consume only what nature intended for them can afford to boast that they do not get sick. For such people, even cooked porridge causes diarrhea, the body perceives it as unnatural food, there is enough energy, so it tries to get rid of such eaten food as quickly as possible.

If a full body detoxification is not performed, treating any disease is just pumping dirt from one place to another.

Even before the birth of a child, ideally even before pregnancy, by taking care of the purity of her own body, the mother ensures that the child, when born, will not be affected by many common cold ailments and also infectious diseases, such as diphtheria and dysentery. If the cells are not weakened by toxins and the microbes that have entered the body do not have a food base, they cannot survive because the biotic field of healthy cells is much stronger. A clean maternal organism guarantees that the child will not be affected by SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome), that is, paralysis of the respiratory center in the brain, which is nothing else than the amount of toxins in the child's blood reaching a critical limit.

The fact that a woman does not get sick during pregnancy does not mean that everything is fine. In the prime of life, the endocrine system is able to compensate for diseases, and detoxification does not occur. Waste substances remain in the body, pus with blood reaches the fetus.

Detoxification is based on human self-regulation mechanisms
Eco-medicine does not use surgical scalpels, lasers, pharmaceutical preparations, because it works with a much more precise tool – cellular proteolytic (protein-splitting) enzymes proteases. Proteases are found in the cells of animals, plants, all living tissues, included in their lysosome protoplasm. However, these enzymes are active under one condition – there is no other enzymatic work, that is, solid food processing (alimentary deprivation). Stopping food processing, tissue enzymes from tissue lysosomes go to the intercellular space and lyse or decompose, scattered throughout the body, diseased, damaged cells and molecules, as well as their conglomerates, etc. Everything that is not own but foreign is decomposed. This very precise work can only be performed by individual body enzymes, but not pharmaceutical preparations, with which one can only complicate the situation, because the body, to reduce the toxic load caused by unnecessary and dangerous compounds, has dispersed them throughout all possible places.
Without complete body detoxification, nothing can be cured
No medicine can clean the cells, it can only be done by the body itself with tissue enzymes under the condition that conditions are created – freeing from food processing. To achieve this and prevent the secretion of food processing enzymes, solid food intake must be stopped, switching to herbal teas with honey and drinking freshly squeezed juices, as well as performing a one-time intestinal tract detoxification with laxatives.

Parallel to the closed circulatory system, there is also the lymphatic system with lymphatic vessels that accompany blood vessels throughout the body. Compared to blood, lymph moves through the lymph vessels by self-flow thanks to the spasm of smooth muscles. Blood supplies nutrients to the body's cells and diffuses oxygen through cell membranes, as well as removes carbon dioxide, which is delivered to the lungs. The lymphatic system removes metabolic end products or waste from the intercellular space, which are almost 80% in the intercellular fluid, and a little more than 10% in the cells themselves, the rest in the lymph itself. To clean the intercellular fluid from toxic substances and waste products resulting from processing weakened cells, it is significantly necessary to accelerate the activity of the lymphatic system. This is achieved with laxatives, as well as by drinking a lot of herbal teas and water with certain physicochemical properties. This can only happen if the natural collectors of the lymphatic system drainage in the intestines - the villi of the mucosa, where the lymphatic capillaries open, will not be densely covered with pus, fecal masses, and mucus. Otherwise, the waste will not reach where it should, will return and accumulate possibly in other places. Therefore, ''curing'' with medicines or in another way, which does not include the full detoxification of the body, diseases will quickly return, possibly in a new form. There is no need to invent new drugs, new cardiovascular surgery methods, or even heart transplantation technologies. It is not necessary to wait for a stroke or heart attack, simply detoxify the colon in time.

Nowadays, one cannot detoxify as 100 years ago
Detoxifying by fasting, drinking only water, as successfully practiced in their time with their patients, if one may say so, the founders of eco-medicine, doctors biochemists Paul Bragg, Norman Walker, and Herbert Shelton, nowadays it is not allowed. The reason for this is quite banal. Over the last 100 years, the level of human body pollution and mineral deficiency has catastrophically increased, and various radiations (electromagnetic, 4G, 5G, WI-FI, Bluetooth, radioactive, etc.) have been added. Too rapid detoxification for a very polluted and weakened body can create an unbearable load for the liver and kidneys.

Nature has provided only one way of detoxification – fasting
Whatever detoxification miracle remedies and techniques are heard. But everything is quite simple. Nature foresees everything, for example, when a person gets sick, he loses appetite, in this way the body redirects the energy not used for food processing to the neutralization and removal of toxins. Because the disease, more precisely, the body's self-cleaning, proceeds faster and since detoxification is an energy-intensive process, the more noticeable is the weakness.

If the body does not have enough strength to detoxify, the acute form of the disease turns into a chronic form.

Autophagy promotes longevity, good memory, a straight posture, smooth and clean skin, destroys viruses and unwanted bacteria in humans. The autophagy process is best initiated by fasting, which is a periodic and natural state of any living being, giving the immune system and organs the opportunity to self-clean. For a relatively healthy person, it is enough not to eat for 16-18 hours to start this process, except for the pancreas, which needs several days to regenerate.

The autophagy process occurs as follows: phagosomes capture damaged proteins and pull them to lysosomes, which have the necessary enzymes to process them. Part of the processed proteins is removed from the body through the lymphatic system, and another part is reused. Moreover, the body also has so-called heat shock proteins, which begin to synthesize when the body's abnormal heating occurs, and perform the same function as phagocytes, moving damaged proteins to lysosomes for decomposition (lysis). This is how the detoxification process takes place in saunas and steam rooms.

Free radicals, stress, radiation, oxidation processes, etc. - all this damages cell ribosomes, where proteins are synthesized. If the proteins are damaged, they are processed by phagocytosis. However, when a person eats several times a day, a large amount of resources is spent on food processing, such as hormones, enzymes, as well as a large amount of energy is needed, as a result, there is not enough energy for the body's renewal, protection, the detoxification process at the cellular level, and the processing of unnecessary cells.

In addition to the damaged proteins in the synthesis process and amyloid plaques that need to be processed by phagocytosis, there are also oxidation- and mutation-prone proteins, for example, when frying meat, heterocyclic amines and nitrosamines are formed, which are very powerful, oncology-causing, mutagens.

When frying proteins with sugars, glycolysis occurs, that is, a fructose molecule attaches to the protein, making biological functioning difficult. If a person does not eat several times a day and there are no inflammatory processes in his body, the autophagy process proceeds normally, and glycation-prone proteins are processed.

The most effective autophagy in the human body occurs when switching to a vegetarian keto diet, before performing anti-parasitic detoxification, additionally taking zinc and vitamins K2 and D3. Disruptive factors include the stress hormone cortisol, large molecular amino acid compounds (animal proteins), sugar, and a high-calorie diet.

Fasting is a natural process, and it is not something unusual. In nature, fasting is provided and does not contradict the laws of biochemistry. It stimulates the self-cleaning process at the cellular level - autophagy. It strengthens the immune system, as long as there is no deficiency of nutrients. Fasting mobilizes animals to become more active.

Fasting is not a medicine, it is a physiological state of rest that allows the body to mobilize its forces. In this regard, it is practically suitable for all diseases that the body can cope with on its own. Fasting is good for treating gastrointestinal diseases, many skin diseases, most inflammatory processes, and colds. It strengthens the heart, reduces blood pressure, and slows the pulse. Fasting is the most effective means of detoxification from toxins that have accumulated as a result of metabolic disorders or, for example, from the use of medications, alcohol, smoking, etc. It can even be said - the body is renewed. The obligatory condition at this time is to drink a lot of water.

The obligatory prerequisite before starting to fast is the absence of parasites
Although modern chemically treated, "dead" food has undermined not only the human population but also caused discomfort for parasites. However, globalization is the factor that promotes the spread of parasites. If fasting is intended for 1 - 2 days, the presence of parasites may go unnoticed. If fasting lasts a week or more and, for example, ascaris, giardia, opisthorchiasis, etc., have settled in the liver, the results of blood tests may turn out to be very unpleasant. Therefore, before fasting, it is necessary to undergo an examination. An approximate picture can be determined by the bioresonance method, further specifying it with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

It should also be remembered that parasites should not be killed with chemical preparations, because, remaining and decomposing in the body, they release powerful toxins, so parasites must be expelled by creating uncomfortable conditions for them. The risk of parasite presence can be radically reduced if natural anti-parasitic agents are used in the daily diet. Such can include, for example, horseradish, peppers, ant tree bark, black walnut leaves, propolis, garlic, tansy, and many other natural remedies.

In traditional medicine, for example, Verramox, Decaris, Trichopol, or their analogs are usually used. They have a narrow range of action, destroy a certain group of parasites, because they do not cover all types of worms and do not always reach them, because the worms are hidden. It should be borne in mind that such preparations have very strong side effects. For example, Decaris causes leukemia, damages the liver. The effect of Vermox, Trichopol on the liver is even destructive. To partially compensate for this, it would be necessary to use, for example, pumpkin seeds in parallel.

How does fasting, drinking only water, differ from dry fasting?
When burning fats, as a result of chemical reactions, that is, metabolism, end products appear: water and oxygen. The process of obtaining energy from fats is called ketosis. When fasting and drinking only water, the ketosis process begins within 3-4 days, but in the case of dry fasting (not drinking water) already on the second day.

The ketosis process produces endogenous water, and this is a significant difference from fasting, drinking water. Endogenous water cleans better than incoming water because the ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) of endogenous water in the intercellular fluid and cells is from -40 to -70mV, but, for example, tap or bottled water has this indicator from +100 to +300mV.

To convert water to the parameters necessary for the cells, because different water does not suit them, a lot of energy, enzymes, and important nutrients are needed, so endogenous water is more valuable, but if a person is thirsty and does not have large fat reserves, one should not fast without drinking water for a long time. Although, to improve the effect, it is possible, for example, after several days of fasting with water, to fast for a day or two without water. But the ideal option is to drink water with such parameters as in the cells, using a special charger. Such water chargers are available in Latvia.

Fasting activates the detoxification process
The liver has a particularly increased load during the detoxification process. As mentioned before, before fasting, one should make sure that there are no parasites, such as the most dangerous ankylostoma, toxocariasis, opisthorchiasis, giardia. Parasites should not be destroyed, but expelled to reduce the toxic load.

Pathogenic microflora dies when it is not given suitable food because it has faster metabolic processes and a shorter lifespan, so when fasting, it dies first.

Radically switching to a raw food diet, to vegetables and fruits, causes rapid body detoxification, which creates a large load on the liver and kidneys. Thrombi are dissolved and there are cases when an embolus blocks the arteries. Toxins are also involved in the detoxification process through the skin. Rashes may appear on the skin. Metabolic detoxification processes are activated by a rapid change in temperature, so the bath is suitable.

The regeneration of the pancreas occurs only when no food enters.

General guidelines for detoxification with fasting
Situations when one should not fast: elevated blood pressure, open ulcers, acute viral infections, strong ischemia. When starting fasting, it is important to have a clean intestinal tract. This can be achieved with laxatives, such as magnesium sulfate, castor oil, senna tea, but if there is a large intestinal contamination, enemas are additionally used. It is important to open the lymphatic drainage channels of the intestinal tract, the number of which is about 300, because the excretion process takes place only when there is less pressure in the intestinal tract than in the lymphatic system.

When washing the intestines with enemas, the intestinal flora is not washed out, the colon is only freed from the rotting mass and the rotten intestinal mucosa, creating suitable conditions for the development of symbiosis, or normal microflora.

To provide the body with minerals during fasting, various medicinal plant tea mixtures are used. When preparing tea, it should be remembered that at a temperature above +65°C, minerals turn into an inorganic, water-insoluble form, so the body cannot use them. Here are some of the most popular medicinal plants for making teas: chamomile, peppermint, wormwood, sage, lemon balm, plantain, coltsfoot, pansy, raspberry, sage, nettle, sorrel. Tea compositions are prepared by mixing several herbs together, because the effect of all medicinal plants is similar with small individual accents. They act as a kind of antidote in the modern human body, which contains a lot of toxins, softening the toxic load during detoxification.

Another important factor is that both medicinal plants and beekeeping products, which are also obtained from plants, will always be more valuable if they are collected in the wild, not grown as a monoculture in the depleted soil of conventional agriculture. Mineral deficiency is one of the main causes of health problems.

To provide the body with energy, honey or inulin as an alternative, which is a natural polysaccharide, most often obtained from Jerusalem artichoke roots and has no synthetic analogs, can be used. It should be noted that honey should have as high a proportion of fructose as possible (rapeseed flower honey is not suitable), because fructose almost does not need the hormone insulin to enter the cells compared to glucose. Honey together with tea should be dissolved in the mouth, because it should not be swallowed immediately, so as not to awaken rough food processing.

By initiating the autolysis, or self-digestion process, the intensive excretion of accumulated metabolic waste products takes place through the most diverse paths – through the intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin. There may be discharges from the nose, cough, sputum. After 3 weeks of fasting, a white coating may appear on the tongue, which later turns yellow-green. This indicates the elimination of waste substances throughout the food processing tract, but alcoholics begin active liver detoxification at this time, accompanied by a smelly breath, which resembles spoiled wine.

On the mucous membrane of the colon are the reflexogenic zones of all internal organs and the central nervous system. As the mucosa is cleansed of waste substances, they no longer harm the body. For example, headaches, nausea, paroxysmal tachycardia, or heart palpitations, etc., disappear.

By undergoing several weeks of full detoxification, a person can get rid of dependencies based on the narcotic principle of action and many diseases.

Intermittent fasting
Intermittent fasting is not really a diet, but rather a daily regimen of when to eat and when not to eat. It can be combined with any of the diets, for example, a keto diet. Although intermittent fasting is the simplest form of fasting, the benefits can be very many.
Effects of fasting on the human body:
     growth hormone is released,

     autophagy works,

the ketosis process is launched, that is, the transition from carbohydrates to fats for energy acquisition, energy is obtained from fatty acids (including body reserves),

     insulin level decreases,

ketones better nourish the brain and do not cause insulin fluctuations, do not cause insulin resistance, when there is little glucose in the cell, but a lot of insulin and glucose in the blood, it has a destructive effect on blood vessels and causes problems for the liver and kidneys.

Insulin is produced not only when eating sweets but also when eating everything else: fats and proteins. If you eat several times a day, a huge amount of insulin is released. The human body is not adapted to this, there is not such an amount of food in nature, moreover, such an amount of sweets, so the emergence of problems is only a matter of time. If there is constantly an increased amount of insulin in the blood, it is impossible to reduce weight.

Lipids, that is, fats, do not cause such problems, moreover, ketones act as antioxidants, and if in a reasonable amount, then this is the ideal option, it remains only to correct the meal times. Initially, it is necessary to switch from several to three meals, while eliminating any snacking between them. When accustomed, you can switch to two meals, maintaining the previous total calorie amount. For the detoxification process to work, the necessary break in eating during the day is 16 – 18 hours, including night and morning hours, when the detoxification process is most effective. The diet must not have a mineral and vitamin deficiency. Of course, physical activities should not be forgotten in order to use up calories.

How does magnesium sulfate work?
Compared to other drugs, magnesium sulfate, when entering the stomach and intestinal tract, is not absorbed. Entering and staying in the colon, it increases the osmotic pressure on the account of increasing the concentration of salt. The body tries to equalize the osmotic pressure in all environments and sends intercellular fluid, which contains a large amount of accumulated toxins, from all tissues. The end of the colon or sigmoid and rectum, due to the large amount of incoming fluid, stretches and releases together with the incoming toxins. So that the body does not dehydrate and does not lose minerals, it is important to drink a lot of properly prepared herbal teas.

How do horseradishes work?
It should be added immediately that we are talking about freshly prepared horseradishes with natural lemon juice, not those bought in stores, to which chemically synthesized citric acid or vinegar has been added.

Thanks to the fact that horseradishes contain many active enzymes that split and dissolve weak and dead cells, penetrating into the narrowest bronchial capillaries, which form a dense network in the lower part of the lungs, the pus blockages formed in them are dissolved. The liquefied pus begins to irritate the bronchial mucosa, causing a cough, similar to what happens with a cold. To completely cleanse the bronchi and lungs, grated horseradishes should be used for about 2 -3 months. The benefit is avoiding hypoxia. Many parasites also do not like horseradishes.

When fasting, that is, not consuming solid food, but only liquid, an important factor is the physicochemical properties of water, otherwise, the desired effect cannot be achieved. There are several options to improve water quality. There are various electrical devices, for example, free hydrogen molecule generators, there are capsules with powders to be added to water or in the form of drops. The simplest way to get negatively charged water is to add fresh lemon juice to it and drink it immediately.

Organic acids create an alkaline environment
The concept of ''acidic or alkaline'' does not mean the taste of food or drink, but the reaction that occurs when it enters the stomach and intestinal tract after being split with digestive juices and enzymes. All fresh and raw sour berries and fruits, including lemons, cranberries, when entering the intestinal tract and being split, create an alkaline environment, because the organic acids contained in them dissociate not as acids but as alkalis, detaching the negatively charged hydroxyl group (OH-) These groups' free electrons, when entering the tissues, create a very beneficial effect, because they are carriers of free energy, which is vitally necessary for the life process.

Therefore, by adding lemon juice to water or medicinal herbal teas, the beneficial effect can be significantly increased. However, it should be reminded that lemon juice begins to lose its effectiveness after a few minutes, so it should be drunk immediately.

Honey together with citrus fruit juices and medicinal herbal tea creates an alkaline environment and in the absence of food ensures tissue nutrition. To ensure the detoxification process, maintaining an alkaline environment is important, because the decomposition of incomplete proteins creates an acidic pH or acidosis.

The end of the fasting period
Fasting is stopped gradually. Starting with fresh fruit juices diluted with water, gradually moving to undiluted ones. Then vegetable juices and later green smoothies.

To return the body to normal mode after fasting, it is necessary to restore the symbiotic microflora of the intestines (good bacteria) and mineral reserves in the body, which are significantly spent using laxatives. This means providing them with food - hard fibers, which are rich in green plants and vegetables. There is no point in capsules with probiotics if these bacteria do not have food.

Beekeeping products are also very useful here. For example, royal jelly contains many important biologically very active substances. It should be noted that a few grams of royal jelly, left under the tongue, it gradually absorbs. Effective is only fresh or frozen, best shock-frozen, but not dried. With bee bread after fasting, it is possible to effectively restore mineral reserves and feed the symbiotic microflora.

The duration of the fasting period
The duration of fasting is not strictly determined and depends on many factors. It can be one week or even seven weeks with a very high degree of body pollution, for example, alcoholic or narcotic addiction. For those who say they cannot live without meat, it should be reminded that the real feeling of hunger occurs on the 40th day of fasting. In reality, pathogenic microflora craves meat, which through the neurohumoral regulation system gives a signal that it is necessary to eat. Simply put, bad bacteria worry about their existence, their lifespan is about 10 days.

The transition to a usual diet
During long-term fasting, especially if laxatives are used, a significant amount of minerals is lost. Also, the intestinal microflora, both symbiotic and pathogenic, if it does not have a food base, perishes and cannot process food. Therefore, the transition period to a usual diet begins with fruit and vegetable juices, gradually adding the fruits and vegetables themselves.
Anti-parasitic daily diet
Both pathogenic bacteria and parasites feed on waste substances and weakened cells accumulated in the body, so they cannot really be considered enemies. Previously, when sanitary conditions were much worse, parasites did not destroy people.

The smaller the living creature, the narrower its food range. If there is no food, there will be no parasites either. This, of course, applies to unicellular organisms, but not, for example, roundworms, tapeworms, or flukes. The more complex the parasite's structure, the broader its food base.

It is impossible to completely protect oneself from parasites living in the human body, but it is possible to reduce their impact. Parasites do not like onions and shallots, garlic, dill, coriander, cloves, turmeric, lemon, pine or pine extract, horseradish, mustard, bay leaves, pumpkin seeds, black radish, radishes, parsley, propolis, sulfur-containing legumes (peas, beans, and lentils), all kinds of peppers. Berries: cranberries, lingonberries, currants, rowan berries, currants, gooseberries, currant leaves, lime blossom and hop teas.

When and what is better to eat
Fruits can be eaten both in the morning and in the evening, as much as you want and when you want. Everything is determined by appetite. The only rule is to eat them separately for better assimilation. The question arises, why have various dietitians developed various restrictive recommendations? Dietitians understand that the ''traditional'' diet, which the majority of the society consumes, inevitably pollutes the body, so various recommendations were developed. For example, do not eat after 6 p.m. What happens if, for example, you eat meat with potatoes or pasta before going to bed? Initially, the food processing system works for a couple of hours, but then falls asleep. The lump from the meat and the rest gets stuck for a longer time than it would have been in the morning, when the person actively moves and, thanks to the vibration, the intestinal tract works with great intensity, so everything quickly passes through. If the movement is slow, the process of rotting and souring begins, which the intestinal tract does not control, it is done by rotting and souring bacteria (pathogenic microflora). The toxic substances that have formed spread throughout the body. The longer the food stays in the body, the more it pollutes. Therefore, for example, women who are concerned about excess weight, strictly follow the rule – do not eat in the evening, because if the excretion system does not work ideally, the body, to partially neutralize the impact of toxins and waste substances, stores them in subcutaneous tissues, hoping to wait for favorable conditions to excrete.

These rules do not apply to fruits. Fruits do not cleanse the body, nor do they pollute it. Even if we eat them at night, they have time to pass through and do not cause problems. Unfortunately, the modern human's food passes through the intestinal tract in a day and even three. And in such a situation, even fresh fruits will start to sour. Therefore, fruits are not to blame, but the slow food processing process. And if it is slow, the time of eating no longer matters, eat in the morning or in the evening.

What can happen after detoxification when returning to a traditional diet?
Mixing vegetables with oil will better proceed with detoxification, they will stimulate intestinal peristalsis, but oil will stimulate bile secretion, and added spices (horseradish, garlic, peppers, etc.), will facilitate the liquefaction of mucus, that is, easier removal and, as already mentioned, this is also an anti-parasitic and antibacterial agent. Transitioning to an adequate diet will intensify blood flow in peripheral tissues.

After arranging the intestinal tract, but returning to thermally processed food, diarrhea is possible, because the body is arranged and it has enough strength to get rid of unnatural food as quickly as possible. It is an extreme detoxification and indicates a healthy intestinal tract.

Thermally processed fruits and vegetables
Thermally processed plant products pollute the body with waste substances, but not toxins. Toxins in them can be only if pesticides were used in the cultivation of plants. Fruits and vegetables are made tasty by the organic acids contained in them. When thermally processed, they turn into salts. Every day these salts are more or less excreted from the body, however, part gradually accumulates throughout life. It is this accumulation that is associated with the fact that children eventually lose flexibility. Places where salts accumulate are muscles, tendons, joints, bones. Accumulating more and more, they become the cause of all problems associated with joints (arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatism, etc.).

What can happen after alcohol consumption
During sleep, the body begins to detoxify and releases a large amount of toxins, which manifests as a hangover. If you drink again, the body understands that it will not be able to withstand such a load and stops detoxification, so it feels better.

The body continues detoxification and the person feels very bad. Excessive amount of toxins in the blood, acting on the brain, causes long-term aversion to alcohol.

The outstanding American doctor naturopath, biochemist Paul Bragg (Paul Chappius Bragg) describes a case from his practice. A woman comes to the reception and says that she will do everything you say - fast, eat healthily, etc., but she cannot give up coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes. The doctor agrees. After fasting and body detoxification, the woman developed an aversion to these habits and she herself gave up them. This example shows that by detoxifying the body, many problems can be solved very simply.
